Fruit & Fitness

My new album is almost done!!! In the meantime, I’m enjoying the beautiful weather and of course my smoothies! Here’s a few photos & the recipe:

1 pineapple (slice off the top and cut out contents to create a cup. Throw the center core out.)
Use only half the pineapple for this smoothie.
2 bananas
1 handful of raspberries
1 handful of blackberries
10 strawberries
1/2 a mango
1/2 cup of water with crushed ice

Blend and pour into pineapple cup. Decorate with fruit of your choice if you like. Enjoy!
