Fresh Tilapia pan fried in your favorite seasonings
Squeeze half a fresh lemon on top before removing from pan
Add Mozzarella cheese after the lemon
1/2 a tomato sliced (I grill my tomatoes in the sauce left over from the fish)
2 slices of Whole Wheat Sourdough bread.
Put it together!
I put mayonnaise on the bread, then add the Mozzarella, and everything else in this order: Tilapia, grilled tomatoes, avocado & pickles.
In this photo I made a side salad with lettuce medley, avocado, carrots & tomatoes with low fat Italian dressing.
