Smoothie Recipe + My Catwalk/Streetwalk OTD & Fall Greens!



To find out how I make my infamous smoothies, keep reading! 

Overnight, freeze 1 ripe banana (a few brown spots on the skin) cut into two (or 3 or 4, it’s your world), 5 large fresh strawberries, 2 slices of fresh pineapple (Not from a can), a handful of fresh blueberries & a handful of fresh raspberries. (Notice all the fruit is FRESH!) Once all the fruit has been frozen overnight, add all ingredients into a blender with 1 unfrozen ripe banana. Mix/Puree the fruit in your blender with 1/2 cup of filtered water until the consistency is similar to yogurt. Pour or scoop into your favorite jar, stick a straw in it (or use a spoon) and enjoy! (I’m artsy fartsy so I generally decorate mine with more fruit.)
