The city is on fire. Mass shootings on trend. Racism, homophobia, gender inequality, sexual abuse and division at an all time high. People we love are dying. We are all drained and sick of fighting. This is the negative duality of our human experience. I hope all of you that follow me stay extra prayed up. 🙏🏾 I pray we stay grateful for what’s good. I pray we stay focused on it and keep the positive vibes going cause we all need to feel a lot more love when times get hard.♥️

Nobody gets to be cool 100% of the time. Every dog has its day. So if you’re down on luck or just down period, don’t trip. Stay the same. Prayers up. Keep the good vibe through and through. The pendulum will swing back. It always does. ♥️

Pain just passes through. It visits for a while. It’s there to empty the tears. To make me face my own mortality. To force growth disguised as discomfort. To reset. If I resist, it stays longer. If I accept, I won’t be comfortable at first, but I know the visit won’t last much longer and I can be free. Let it come visit. Let it stay and do its job and then let it leave. That’s the process.
